We only use King Arthur Bread Flour. This goes for both our standard bread and our Made Without Gluten bread as well!
No. Unfortunately the cost of shipping outweighs the benefit of enjoying our delicious bakery items. We do deliver in the Peoria area of Arizona and may also arrange a meet up if it’s not too far away!
While we are not a gluten-free facility, we do take precaution to keep separate bakeware, a separate oven, and use gluten free sourdough starter as well as gluten free bread flour. We cannot guarantee this is completely contact free, though, so please keep that in mind!
