Who we are
In the heart of the community, a family of five came together with a shared dream: to nourish people not just with food, but with care. Bound by a love for tradition, craftsmanship, and one another, they decided to open a sourdough bakery rooted in the belief that bread should be both wholesome and delicious. Frustrated by overly processed options and inspired by time-honored fermentation methods, the family turned to sourdough—bread made slowly, naturally, and with intention.
Each loaf reflects their commitment to health, using simple ingredients, long fermentation, and patience to create bread that is easier to digest and richer in flavor. More than a bakery, their shop is a reflection of family values: working together, supporting their community, and offering food that people can feel good about sharing at their own tables.
